We apologize for the excess outage of our voice mail system. We had a major failure and had to rebuild a new system. You will need to change your password. The following are instructions below are for retrieving your voice mail and changing your password.
Use the menu selections below to set up your password and personal greeting. We may be improving it to make it more user friendly.

Intial Steps --Access your Subscriber Mailbox
(First time you use the new voice mail system)
- Call Voicemail phone number 612.605.9010.
- The system will simply ask for your "mailbox number"--enter your phone number followed by the # key.
The system will then ask for your password.--enter the Temp-Pass-code 0000 followed by the # key.
- Change your password:
- Press 0-Mailbox options from the main menue
- then Press 5-Change your password and follow instructions.
Steps for Access your Subscriber Mailbox
(After you intailize the Voice Mail System)
When you are using your home phone or when you are away from home.
- Call Voicemail phone number 612.605.9010.
- The system will simply ask for your "mailbox number"--enter your phone number followed by the # key.
- The system will then ask for your password.--enter password followed by the # key.
- You will now enter the Main Menue
Enter Main Menu
Press 1 to get messages----Options avaiable when system has messages.
- Press 5- Repeat current messages
- Press 6- Play next message (if more than one message)
- Press 7- Delete current message
- Press 8- Forward message to another mailbox
- Press 9- Save message in a folder (stores in folders-see Press 2 below)
- Press *- Help; during msg playback: Rewind
- Press #- Exit; during msg playback: Fast-forward
Press 2 to select/change saved message folders (Save messages in selectable folders for future use )
- Press 0-New Message Folder
- Press 1-Old Messages Folder
- Press 2- Work Folder
- Press 3- Family Folder
- Press 4- Friends Folder
Press 3 Advanced Options (advanced options for future use)
Press 0 Mail box Options.(change greetings)
- Press 1-Record your unavailable message
- Press 2-Record your busy message
- Press 3-Record your name
- Press 4-Manage temporary message
- Press 5-Change your password
- Press *-Return to the main menu
