We are upgrading your phone systems. These changes will be taking place over the next couple of weeks for ALL FTTH phone users. This means lots of great new features including a more user friendly voicemail system. The new voicemail system will be different from the current one and the instructions are provided below.

ComPilot Personal Voice Messaging System

Your ComPiilot Voice Messaging System is your personal access to your voice messaging, record personalized announcements, change your Passcode, activate and deactivate call forwarding


Initial Steps --Access your Voice Messaging System
(First time you use the new voice mail system)

Access your Voice Portal using your home phone associated with the voice portal.

  1. Dial *62.
  2. The system will then ask for your passcode.--enter the Temp-Pass-code 696245 (mymail) followed by the # key.
  3. Enter a new personal passcode at when prompt to change your passcode:
  4. Re-enter your [personal passcode at the prompt.
  5. Record your name at the prompt.
  6. Press # - your new passcode and recorded Name are saved
  7. You can precede to steps below instructions.


Steps for Access your Voice Messaging System
(After you initialize the Voice Messaging System)

  • Access your Voice Portal using your home phone associated with the voice portal.

    1. Dial *62.
  • Access your Voice Messaging System using any other phone.

    1. Call Voicemail phone number 651-252-2399.
    2. The system will simply ask for your "mailbox number"--enter your ten digit phone number followed by the # key.
    3. The system will then ask for your password.--enter password followed by the # key.
    4. You will now enter the Voice Messaging Menu.
  • Alternative to Access your Voice Messaging System using any other phone.

    1. Call your phone number.
    2. Wait until your voice mail answers the call.
    3. Interrupt your announcement by pressing *.
    4. Enter your passcode.
    5. You will now enter the Voice Messaging Menu.
